Contract

When you place an order on this website, Eruditor Ltd will send you an e-mail containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you.

Payment

Payments for all orders will be taken at the time of order. Eruditor Ltd will try to complete all orders as soon as reasonably possible, but there may be occasions when some CDs may take in excess of 28 days to fulfil, from your order.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched to you.

Delivery and Returns

If your order has not arrived within the quoted delivery time you can enquire into the status of your order by e-mail form (www.musicfayre.com/help/contact.html) or by fax to (+44) (0)870 836 2217. We do not accept any liability or claim arising from late delivery.
