Claims And Returns

You may return your CD within 7 working days of receiving delivery of your order without any reason.

If the delivered CD is damaged you may return it within 1 month of receiving delivery of your order.

All returns should be securely wrapped and sent, with the original invoice and reason for the return, to the following address: Eruditor Ltd, Creative Media Centre, 45 Robertson Street, Hastings, TN34 1HL, United Kingdom

Please note we will refund the full cost of your order, not the costs of returning the goods.
